Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Review
Description An Erosion and Sediment Control Plan is required prior to any land disturbance in accordance with the standards in Section 4.9 of the zoning code, except for those that are exempted.

Review period A decision is normally made within 30 days from the date of submittal. However, if the size and scope of the proposed plan requires additional time for adequate review, the review period can be extended by the City but not exceeding 45 working days.

Amendments An approved erosion and sediment control plan can be revised upon petition.
